From lawn care in the summer to snow removal in the winter, their service is absolutely top-notch. Their team is always professional, punctual, and incredibly detail-oriented… in the winter, my driveway and sidewalks are cleared faster than I could have imagined. What counts as a snowfall?
Your service starts automatically once snowfall reaches your trigger — 3 cm standard, or the 2 cm zero-tolerance option — as measured at Toronto Pearson by Environment Canada. No need to call. Your portal shows the live tally, so you always know where it stands.
How fast do you come?
Standard: within 8 hours of the snowfall ending. Priority: guaranteed within 4 hours, and priority homes are dispatched first. You get a text before the storm and another when the crew is on the way.
Is there a limit on visits?
No. A season contract covers every snowfall that reaches your trigger, all winter — one price, however many times it snows.
What's included — and what can I add?
The driveway is always included. Add walkways, steps, the city sidewalk, a side path or the back patio, and salting (regular, or a pet- and interlock-safe premium salt). Each add-on shows its price in the builder.
Do you plow?
No. We clear with snow blowers and shovels, so edges stay clean and your interlock, lawn edges and garage door stay untouched. It's also why we can clear walkways and steps properly, not just the driveway.
How do I pay?
Your choice in the builder: prepay the season, or half now and half on January 1. The first payment is due within 7 days of signing.
How does the 5% off offer work?
It's already applied to the price you see on this page. Sign your agreement by Nov 15 and it's locked in for the season.
